Usually touristic places like Manzanillo, Barra or Melaque are a bit more expensive. Costs include the usage of water, electricity and gas within a certain limit. This is a limit of 50 dollar (600 pesos mx) per accommodation per month for gas, electricity and water. Usage above this limit will be charged on the guest.  Prices per person per month are cheaper starting 3 month stay. Staying only 1 or 2 months is possible, but more expensive per person per month. All prices are due to change during the year. Prices agreed upon will not change. We usually use an exchange rate for euro-dollar = 1 - 1,3. This can also change during the year or season. If so, we will apply changes on the website.
