 DICE is an intermediary agency. This means we are mainly providing services between two parties. Furthermore we offer a wide range of services to our clients. Some of the services offer or can offer are: - accommodations - taking care of costs and small maintenance - supervision and guidance - travels and trips - language classes  Furthermore we are your partner between Dutch and Mexican organizations. You can also visit our partner Nuffic Neso and their websites. Dutch or Mexican students can apply for an international study or internship through us with Nuffic Neso.
Netherlands Education
Support Office (Nuffic Neso) is a non-profit organization funded by the
Dutch Ministry of Education. Nuffic Neso Mexico is the representative
office of Nuffic, the Netherlands Organization for International
Cooperation in Higher Education. Neso is the official representative in
Mexico for all matters concerning Dutch higher education and promotes and
provides information on more than 1,400 study programs taught in English
in the Netherlands. Nuffic Neso also initiates and facilitates
